Job Summary Junior Achievement of Memphis and the Mid-South is seeking a detail-oriented and focused individual who will assist in managing our database of volunteers and volunteer opportunities across our entire service area. This role will recruit and train new volunteers, maintain a database of volunteer information and skills, match volunteers to opportunities that suit their skills, keep volunteers informed, and convey our purpose to the public. This position is crucial in ensuring JA has a pipeline of volunteers to support its programs across the 72 counties it serves.

Strong computer skills are needed, including word-processing and spreadsheets.
• Proficient in Google Suites or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with complex databases is needed.
