This family owned and operated restaurant is run by Rebecca & Jason Severs and is the only restaurant in Memphis, for over 22 years now, to feature an award winning all Italian wine list, an Italian cheese menu, and food primarily focused on the Puglia region of Italy, where the chef/owner's mother is from. The bar focuses on Italian spirits as well and is extremely popular with the locals. You can grab a quick pasta and a glass of wine or sit down for a multi course meal, either way, you will feel like you are in Italy! Reservations are highly recommended for the dining room.

We are looking for a line cook!
Must have a minimum of two years experience & must have your own transportation to and from work.
